Shipping
All duvets, shams, sheets, vintage and found pillows and pouches ship within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. We use standard UPS 2-3 shipping. Decorative pillows, art, wallpaper and fabric orders ship in 2-3 weeks. Please email us if you want your order rushed!
Tracking
You'll receive tracking sent directly to your inbox when your package ships. Through our website, you'll be able to track your package the entire way! If you have questions regarding your package, please email customercare@bunglo.co.
Returns
We currently accept returns on all found and vintage items, duvets, shams, sheets and pouches within 15 days of purchase! Bedding must be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for decorative pillows, wallpaper, fabric and art. We ask you order a fabric swatch ($5 + free shipping) if you're on the fence - you can email us at customercare@bunglo.co.
Returns
Place a Return
You can return your product(s) to the address listed on your package slip (included with your bunglo package). Please send an email to customercare@bunglo.co with your order # and tracking so we can refund you asap!
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Damaged Goods
We want you to love your purchase! If your product arrived damaged for any reason, first off - we are so sorry! Secondly - we are happy to make the situation right.
