Shipping + Returns

Shipping

All products ship within 24 business hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. We use standard UPS 2-3 shipping for pillows + bedding, USPS 5 day shipping on smaller items such as pouches and gifts. We offer overnight shipping at a discounted rate. All orders placed in Texas arrive next day at no additional charge.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking sent directly to your inbox when your package ships. Through our website, you'll be able to track your package the entire way! If you have questions regarding your package, please email customercare@bunglo.co.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on full price items within 15 days of purchase! We do ask you return your products in their original packaging. Your refund will credit the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Place a Return

You can return your product(s) to the address listed on your package slip (included with your bunglo package). Please send an email to customercare@bunglo.co with your order # and tracking so we can refund you asap!

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Damaged Goods

We want you to love your purchase! If your product arrived damaged for any reason, first off - we are so sorry! Secondly - we are happy to make the situation right.
