Where is bunglo headquartered?

Bunglo textiles are designed in Austin, Texas and most of our products are sent to our customers from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. 

Wher Materials are the textiles made of?

We use 100% cotton for our bedding, pillows, napkins, shower curtains and pouches. A few of our pouch styles are made from recycled polyester. We currently offer down inserts for our pillows, we will soon be offering an alternative down option. 

How many days do I have to return a product that doesn't work for me?

Please refer to our return policy page, most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. Exclusions apply.

Where can I purchase bunglo products outside of the bunglo eCommerce site?

Bunglo can be found online at retailers such as Anthropologie, Lulu and Georgia, Domino, Neiman Marcus, High Fashion Home and One Kings Lane. You find local retailers near you here

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be shipped in 1business day, shipping time will depend on what shipping time is selected.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are available and are delivered via the email provided at checkout.

Returns Process


Select item received within 15 days with proof of purchase.


Item inspected. Email sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and of its approval or rejection.


Your refund will credit the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. $8 return fee will be applied, the amount will be deducted from your order amount. We can only accept returned duvets, shams, sheets, shower curtains, pouches, vintage and found items in the original packaging. We cannot accept wallpaper, decorative pillows, art or fabric by the yard returns at this time.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with your returned items. Once we receive your product your return or exchange will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
